Items must be unopened, undamaged and unused with all original tags attached. Mail in returns applies to web orders only, in store purchased items can only be returned to a store location.
You can initiate a return online, otherwise, please call our friendly customer service team. To begin the process, please initiate a Return Authorization and acquire a Return Authorization Number (RA#). If you are unable to obtain a RA# online, you must call Perfumes.com customer service for an RA#, or, your return will be refused upon delivery.

DUE TO HEALTH CONCERNS, THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON ALL SKINCARE PERFUMES AND COSMETIC ITEMS if THE ITEM HAS BEEN OPENED OR USED.
We regret that we cannot accept returns or issue any credit on merchandisethat has been opened and/or partially used. This also includes opening the plastic cellophane wrapping of perfume/cologne box.
To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item as soon as you decide that you do not want the product in its original condition.
Shipping charges are the purchaser’s responsibility, except in the case it is an error on the part of Perfumes.com.

Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee when the purchase or shipment was due to customer error.
Any returned merchandise received without a proper authorization by Perfumes.com will not be accepted.
Returns will not be accepted past 25 days from the shipping date.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS/WRONG SHIPMENT
Claims for damaged items or discrepancies (for example: missing items in your order, or wrong shipment) must be submitted within 48 hours of order receipt by contacting Customer Service here : Customer Service Form or by calling (302) 330-8200 Monday Thru Friday 8 Am to 6 PM Eastern Time.
Please retain all packaging material in case an inspection is necessary.
