Returns & Replacements

Your satisfaction is our number one priority, and in case you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like to return it, please feel free to contact us back within 30 days from the date of purchase and we will be happy to process an exchange.

To qualify for an exchange or refund, the purchased item(s) must not be damaged, used or opened.

We accept online returns provided you have initiated a Return Authorization Number (RA#). If you can’t obtain an RA# online, you should contact our customer support for further assistance in obtaining an RA# otherwise, your return will not be accepted upon delivery.

Any item(s) partially opened or used is no longer eligible for return or refund, and this includes partially torn or opened plastic wrapping of any merchandise.

Shipping fee is shouldered by the purchaser unless it was’s error.

To request for a Return Merchant Authorization number (RMA #), please contact online or customer support at 302-316-4447 during business hours from Monday to Thursday at 9 am to 5 pm EST. Further instructions on the needed mailing address and how to do the return will be provided accordingly.

There’s a 20% restocking fee for any returns made due to customer’s error. In cases of unauthorized merchandise return, and no proper documents obtained, has the right to refuse the returned merchandise.

For any merchandise returns more than 25 days from the shipping date will not be accepted.


Any claims related to damaged items, wrong item received/switcheroo or missing items must be reported within 48hours from the time order was received. You can contact customer support via our contact us form, please attach pictures of the box and perfumes received.

Please make sure to keep packaging materials as it is for inspection purposes in case needed.
